2. What data do we collect and how do we obtain it?
Data you provide directly
When you fill in our website's contact form to request information or arrange a free visit, we collect the following data:
- Name — so we can address you personally.
- Phone number — so we can get in touch with you and respond to your enquiry.
- Email address — so we can reply to you and automatically send you confirmation that we have received your request.
- Message — the content of your request or enquiry.
We do not collect special-category data (such as health data, ethnic origin, political opinions or religious beliefs) or data from minors. If you are under 14 years old, please do not use the contact form.
Data we obtain automatically
Our website may automatically collect basic technical information generated by your visit, such as your IP address, browser type or operating system. This information is managed through web analytics tools and is detailed in our Cookies Policy.
3. What do we use your data for?
We use the data you provide exclusively to handle your contact or free-visit request, and to communicate with you as part of that process. Specifically:

4. What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The processing of your data is based on Article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request.
When you fill in the contact form to request information about a renovation or arrange a visit, you are expressly asking us to take the necessary steps to provide you with a service. Processing your data is necessary to handle that request.
5. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, should the professional relationship proceed, for as long as that relationship lasts.
Once the matter is closed, we keep the data blocked for a maximum period of five years, solely to address any potential legal claims. After that period, the data is permanently deleted.
This period corresponds to the general limitation period for personal actions set out in Article 1964.2 of the Spanish Civil Code, as amended by Law 42/2015 of 5 October.
6. Who do we share your data with?
We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes, and we do not sell it.
In general, we only share your data with the following data processors — providers of the technical services required for our website's contact form to work:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting provider and provider of the serverless functions (Cloudflare Pages Functions) that process the contact form submission.
- Resend — provider of the email delivery service that the contact form uses: both to send your request to Reformas Yamylu SCP and to send you the automatic confirmation email as the data subject.
Both providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to process your data solely on our instructions, to maintain confidentiality, and to apply appropriate security measures.
Legal obligations — Where the law requires us to disclose data to public or administrative authorities, we will do so only to the extent strictly necessary and with the safeguards required by the applicable regulations.
We do not make any other disclosure of data to third parties.
7. Do we carry out international data transfers?
Cloudflare, Inc. and Resend operate global infrastructure and may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States.
When this occurs, we ensure that the transfer is subject to the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR — in particular, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or another transfer mechanism recognised under applicable law.
Beyond these two providers, which are necessary for the contact form to function, we do not carry out any other international data transfer.
8. What are your rights?
The GDPR grants you the following rights in relation to your personal data:
